How It All Works
We have made this as easy as humanly possible. Six steps from booking to legally married — and most of them involve nothing more than a Zoom call and showing up.
Choose your celebrant package — Vegas (up to 10 guests), Fancy Pants (up to 25 guests), or Big Kahuna (up to 100 guests). Add a photography package if you want one. Add witnesses if you need them. Pay securely and you are in the system. If your location is more than 20km from a capital city or you are planning a public holiday ceremony, contact us first for a travel fee quote.
Once payment is received we confirm your booking and assign your celebrant — and your photographer if you have added one. They will reach out to introduce themselves. You are officially getting married.
You will gain access to our Portal O Love — our couple onboarding portal — where you choose your ceremony style (2 to 7 minutes), decide on vows and ring exchange, and get everything sorted before the big day. It is all pre-written and ready to go — you just choose what feels right for you.
Australian law requires a Notice of Intended Marriage to be lodged at least one month before your ceremony. Your celebrant will walk you through exactly how to fill it out on your Zoom call — it is much simpler than it sounds. We lodge it with BDM on your behalf. This is the one legal step that requires a month's notice, so book early if your date is coming up fast.
Meet your celebrant on Zoom before the day. Ask everything. Get location suggestions, talk through the ceremony, sort any last details. Your photographer will also be in touch to discuss the shots you want — the vibe, the style, the moments that matter to you. No surprises on the day.
Your celebrant arrives at your chosen location at the agreed time. Your ceremony runs for 2 to 7 minutes — heartfelt, fun, and completely yours. Make sure you have two witnesses present (or we supply them). Your celebrant hands you your marriage certificate at the conclusion of the ceremony and lodges all paperwork with BDM. Legally married. That is it. Go celebrate.

Our most popular elopement package — just you two, or up to 10 of your favourite people. Choose your celebrant, optionally add a photographer, and add witnesses if you need them. This is also our paperwork only / legals only option for couples who want the fastest, simplest ceremony possible.
THE VEGAS - STANDARD PACKAGE - Up to 10 guests
Bring along up to 10 guests (including marrying couple) and we will get you married quick-sticks!
The Standard Package includes-
Freedom to being up to 10 guests
Celebrant arrival at your chosen location 10 minutes prior to the ceremony, they will get you married and will disappear once the ceremony concludes, no fuss!
Choose from a 2 or 5 minute ceremony, add in your ring exchange and personalised vows if you wish
This ceremony is short and sweet, a really great way to have a fun, quick and punchy ceremony and get on your way to Celebrate the rest of your wedding day.
Fast, fuss-free and easy! Cheaper than the registry office and you can get married where ever you like (if more than 30km from CBD please ask us about travel fees prior to booking).

ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE
Photography by some of the most amazing Photographers in Australia! Our Photographers are handpicked by us and if you want to see their work, check our Insta and website, all of these photos are from our real elopements and weddings. Our Photographers love real moments, they practice a candid style photography with a few posed shots, timeless photos to capture your day!
Our Elopement Photography package includes-
-your elopement photographer on site with you for between 30-45 minutes (second location an additional $200)
-your elopement photographer will arrive 10 mins early, cover the ceremony and then shoot a small portrait session after the ceremony
-You will get the whole gallery from your elopement in a digital format (most times up to 60+ shots) and then you can download and keep 15 of the best photos, all lightly edited
You can purchase additional individual photos or the whole gallery if you wish, or have the photographer stay longer or attend a second location - these fees are to be discussed with the Photographer once assigned. Our Photographers are assigned on an availability basis.

ELOPEMENT WITNESSES
BYO witnesses or if you truely want to elope we can provide witnesses for you!
Legally you need two witnesses to observe your ceremony and sign your wedding certificates (they must be over 18 and understand english).
If you plan to run away and elope and want us to provide witnesses for you, and you are planning on hiring one of our Photographers then they will act as a witness free of charge and then you can just add an additional witness to your cart.
STANDALONE ELOPEMENT WITNESSES
If you haven’t booked a package from us and just want to hire some witnesses.
Legally you need two witnesses to observe your ceremony and sign your wedding certificates (they must be over 18 and understand english).
The Fancy Pants Package 👖 — Micro Wedding Up to 25 Guests
Our most popular package overall — a more personalised ceremony with a bespoke introduction, music, and the option to walk down the aisle. Up to 25 guests, 5 to 7 minutes of properly beautiful. Choose your celebrant, optionally add a photographer, and add witnesses if you need them.
THE FANCY PANTS PACKAGE - UP TO 25 GUESTS
You want to have a micro wedding with an elopement feeling! Bring along up to 25 guests and we will get you married quickly and easily and the ceremony will be super fantastic! Great for couples that don’t think the ceremony is the peak of their big day, or for people that hate being the centre of attention!
The Fancy Pants includes-
your choice to bring along up to 25 guests
Celebrant arrives 10 minutes before the ceremony, gets you married and disappears once the ceremony concludes, no fuss!
choose from a 5 or 7 minute pre-written ceremony, add in your ring exchange and personalised vows if you wish
we will provide a personalised intro to your ceremony to give it a bit more oomph
your Celebrant can bring along a small bluetooth speaker for music
your Celebrant can assist you with crowd control and organising your guests, facilitate a grand entrance (if you want to walk down the aisle) and get you on your way to married life!
This ceremony is short and sweet, a really great way to have a fun, quick and punchy ceremony and get on your way to celebrate the rest of your wedding day.
The Fancy Pants package is limited to 25 guests, but can be upgraded if you decide to bring along more friends or family.
FANCY PANTS PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

The Big Kahuna 🌊 — Wedding Up to 100 Guests
Your whole crew welcome. A fully personalised 10 minute ceremony at any location you choose — walk the aisle, share your vows, get the party started. Up to 100 guests with all the feeling of a proper wedding and none of the $36,000 price tag. Choose your celebrant, optionally add a photographer, and add witnesses if you need them.
THE BIG KAHUNA - up to 120 guests.
You want to have a BIG wedding with an elopement feeling! Bring along up to 120 guests and we will get you married quickly and easily and the ceremony will be super fantastic but it won’t take you away from your guests! Great for couples that don’t think the ceremony is the peak of their big day, or for people that hate being the centre of attention!
The Big Kahuna includes-
the freedom to bring along up to 120 guests
Celebrant arrives 20 minutes before the ceremony, gets you married and disappears once the ceremony concludes, no fuss!
a 10 minute pre-written ceremony, add in your ring exchange and personalised vows if you wish
a personalised intro to your ceremony to give it a bit more oomph
a speaker for microphone purposes (use of Celebrants speaker for music can be negotiated)
Celebrant assistance with crowd control and organising your guests, facilitating a grand entrance (if you want to walk down the aisle) and quickly getting you on your way to your reception to Celebrate!
This ceremony is short and sweet, a really great way to have a fun, quick and punchy ceremony and get on your way to Celebrate the rest of your wedding day.
You can also use this option to so we can CO-PILOT your wedding! Bring along a friend or priest to run the ceremony and we will simply step in and make it legal!
THE BIG KAHUNA - Photography package up to 120 guests

Our Big Kahuna Photography package includes-
An amazing wedding photographer will be on site with you for between 30-45 minutes (second location an additional $200)
your photographer will arrive 10 mins early, cover the ceremony and then shoot a small newlywed portrait session after the ceremony (this does not include a group photo or family portraits)
you will receive the whole gallery from your wedding in a digital format (most times up to 60+ shots) and then you can download and keep 25 of the best photos, all lightly edited
You can purchase additional individual photos or the whole gallery if you wish, or have the photographer stay longer and take family photos or a group photo or even attend a second location - these fees are to be discussed with the Photographer once assigned. Our Photographers are assigned on an availability basis.
Additional Fees — Travel, Extras & Pre-Quoted Add-Ons
Use this section if you have been quoted a travel fee, witness fee, or any other additional charge and need to pay it separately. If you are unsure whether a travel fee applies to your location, please contact us before booking — travel fees apply for locations more than 20km from capital city centres.
If we have pre-quoted a travel fee or any other additional fee this is the place to pay it! Amounts can be added separately if you need too - for example 1 X $50 and 1 X $5 = $55.

Sign your marriage certificate in style or wear proof that you did it your way. SAVE THE TREES MAN! We work in conjunction with Greenfleet to make your day carbon neutral. For just $2 per guest, we send this money directly to Greenfleet who plant trees to neutralise carbon emissions made from all the wedding paraphernalia.

A postponement of up to 12 months may be granted if requested in writing — a $220 reschedule fee applies for both Celebrant and Photographer. Travel fees apply for locations more than 20km from capital city centres. A second location fee of $220 applies if a second ceremony site is required more than 100m from the original location. Photography packages can only be purchased in conjunction with a Celebrant package. After-hours fees may apply outside standard booking hours.
