We send you the Notice of Intended Marriage form with full instructions. Fill it in and return it to us — we lodge it with BDM NSW on your behalf. Must be done at least one month before your ceremony.
Before the big day, jump on a Zoom with your Sydney celebrant. Ask all your questions, get location tips, and talk through how the ceremony will run. On the day they meet you at your chosen spot and marry you in 2 to 7 minutes.

Yes — Australian law requires two witnesses at every marriage ceremony. If you want to elope with just the two of you, we supply witnesses so you do not need to bring anyone. Your photographer can also serve as one of your witnesses.
Yes — there is no residency requirement to get married in NSW. International visitors can marry in Sydney using a valid foreign passport as ID. The NOIM must be lodged at least one month before the ceremony. We have extensive experience helping international and Australian couples plan Sydney elopements and guide you through every step.
