We have watched couples receive 500 photographs from their wedding photographer and feel completely overwhelmed. They spend hours going through them, end up loving about a dozen, and the rest sit on a hard drive or gather dust in an album no one opens.
So we flipped the model. Instead of flooding you with every frame, your photographer presents you with their very best work — you pick your 15, 30, or 50 favourite images, download them, keep them forever. Every image is lightly colour corrected and retouched. Every image is one you actually love. If you fall in love with photos beyond your package count, you can purchase additional images or the full gallery — negotiated directly with your photographer.
Three Photography Packages
Every package includes candid ceremony coverage plus a portrait session. The packages grow in time, coverage, and photo count — match yours to your celebrant package.
Ceremony coverage plus a short couple-only portrait session after the ceremony. Your photographer is on site for approximately 45 minutes — just enough time to capture the ceremony and a handful of beautiful portraits of just the two of you.
Ceremony coverage plus a portrait session that includes the couple and immediate family. Your photographer is on site for approximately one hour — enough time to capture the ceremony beautifully and spend time with the people who matter most.
Full ceremony coverage plus an extended portrait session covering the couple and family groups. More time, more coverage, more memories. Note: one large group photo is not included — speak to your photographer before the day if this is important to you.

Add an additional hour of photography for $660. You will receive your full unedited gallery — usually 60+ images — and keep everything. No picking required. This is booked directly with your photographer and can be arranged before or on the day.
Who Are These Photographers?
Every photographer in the I Do Crew is a professional wedding photographer who runs their own wedding photography business. This is their specialty — not a side hustle, not a hobby, not something they do between shifts. They have spent years refining their craft specifically for weddings and elopements.
Every one of them was personally selected by our founders. Every one of them has been working with us since we started in 2020. Their style is a beautiful blend of candid — capturing genuine, unguarded moments during the ceremony — and posed, with a short portrait session after the ceremony to give you those classic, timeless images as well.
You cannot request a specific photographer, but every single one of them is excellent. Ange — our Admin Manager — personally assigns photographers based on your location and availability. If anything ever changes, Ange handles the replacement seamlessly. You will receive a simple email with your new photographer's details and nothing else changes.
We Have Never Missed a Ceremony.
Not once. Not even during the disruptions of 2020 and 2021 when sick suppliers were a weekly reality. Our backup photographer network across Australia means if your assigned photographer cannot make it, a replacement is found and confirmed before you even know there was a problem. In five years of operation — over 2,000 ceremonies — we have a perfect record.

Every I Do Drive Thru photographer is a professional who runs their own wedding photography business. They have their own equipment, their own editing style, their own body of work. We know them personally. We have seen their work. We trust them with your day — and that is not a small thing.
What to Expect on the Day
Once assigned, your photographer will reach out to discuss the shoot — the vibe you are going for, any specific shots you want, and the best spots at your location for portraits. If you want raw unedited images or have any special requests, sort this with your photographer before the ceremony.
Your photographer captures the ceremony as it happens — the glances, the laughs, the tears, the moment you are pronounced married. These candid images are often the most treasured. Nothing posed, nothing staged. Just your ceremony as it really was.
After the ceremony your photographer takes you through a short portrait session — couple only for the Vegas package, couple and family for the Fancy Pants and Big Kahuna. These are the images your family will print and keep forever. About 15 minutes of relaxed, guided portraits.
Within 7 days of your ceremony your photographer delivers your full gallery via Pixieset — a beautiful, private online gallery. You browse everything, choose your 15, 30, or 50 favourite images, and download them in high resolution. They are yours forever. If you want more, ask your photographer about purchasing the full gallery.

You cannot choose a specific photographer — but every one of our 104 photographers is a professional wedding photographer with their own business and body of work. If anything changes, Ange handles the replacement seamlessly before you even know there was an issue.
No — photography is an optional add-on to any celebrant package. You can book celebrant only, or celebrant plus photographer together. Photography packages can only be purchased in conjunction with a celebrant package.
We have a backup photographer network across Australia and we have never missed a ceremony — not once in five years, not even during the disruptions of 2020 and 2021. If your photographer cannot make it, Ange finds a replacement and you receive a simple email with the new photographer's details. Your ceremony proceeds exactly as planned.
