Hello, and welcome to the ‘I Do Drive Thru’ wedding of Beyonce and Jay-Z!

We’ve now come to the part of the ceremony known as the ring exchange. These ritual dates all the way back to ancient Rome and is laden with all sorts of symbolic meaning, regarding eternal love…
However, I think the most important thing is that, once the dust settles on today’s celebrations and you’ve moved into the groove of your lives, you can always look down and admire this very symbolic bling.

The ring remains as the visible sign of your social contract and lets the whole world know; that you are now officially and legally, taken!

Can we have the rings?

Jay, do you take Bey to be your plus one, your co-pilot, your confidante, bestie and awesomely wedded wife/husband/spouse?

Jay: ‘I do’

Jay please place the ring on Bey’s finger to symbolise this promise.

(Personal vows are shared if relevant)
